This newly built house was designed with short term rental in mind. It can be used as 2 self-contained apartments or use as an entire house with sleeping for 6. This site is used to rent the whole house. You get the lot.
The block is full fenced with lockable gates so your dog cannot escape the yard. There is also a decking area with a gate. This is where we leave our dog when we are out walking in the national parks.
There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds, large ensuites and forest views. Another bedroom has 2 king singles.
The house has 2 fully equipped kitchens and living areas so your group can spread out for maximum privacy and space.
Upstairs: there is a media room, reverse air/con, fireplace, kitchen and dining area and lounge with beautiful views of the Springbrook plateau. Downstairs: a lounge, dining area and kitchen, separate bedroom and large ensuite.
The house has curved TV’s with wifi and internet. You have Bluetooth music and a fire pit area to enjoy the clear sky at night. There are verandas front, side and back. It is new, well appointed and set up to make your stay in this unique rainforest area a memorable experience.
The property is next to PurlingBrook falls and all other attractions are a short drive away. This is a quiet residential area and we have a strict NO PARTY POLICY.
