At Mudgeeraba Spices and Curry Blends they manufacture and sell a large range of Indian and Asian fine foods, including curry blends, Indian pickles and chutneys, curry pastes, frozen curries and frozen dips. "The Windmill" (where they are located) is a landmark in the Gold Coast Hinterland. It has been renovated, transforming it into a showroom for their products, allowing them an area to feature home wares and gifts from India, operate a cooking school. The showroom offers: Spices to see and smell; information on the origins and history of spices; product information and manufacturing practices; a grinding machines and a traditional Tandoori oven; traditional Indian home wares and gifts (for sale); tastings of their pickles and chutneys; and products and hot beverages for sale.
