Two bedroom Canal front apartment

This brand new 2 bedroom airconditioned apartment located within a private canal front Palm Beach residence is the perfect relaxing escape for couples, corporates and anyone looking for a quiet home away from home. Take a stroll to get amongst it in the trendy Palm Beach restaurant/cafe and bar hub or head straight to the beach. If total quiet time is what you want, doze by the pool or simply watch the day go by waterside taking in the blissful canal views

The space is very modern and comfortable. There is also full laundry with new washer and dryer, and a luxurious bathroom. Located on the top level of the owners holiday home, the apartment is completely separate, with its own entrance. The owners are usually not in residence when guests are staying in the apartment.

Please note that there are approximately 10 stairs leading up to the apartment so not suitable for people who cannot manage stairs. At the top of the stairs there are 2 doors. On the right is a door to a studio apartment that may or mayn't have guests during your stay. On the left is the door to this apartment, and both doors have blockout blinds for privacy.

If you require more than 2 bedrooms, you can request to also rent the studio, which will add another QS bed and bathroom, plus kitchenette. If you want to book both and are worried about completing the booking in case you miss out on the second one, message me, and I can protect the dates while you make your reservation.

There is a pool in the yard, which you have access to if you desire. You can also spend time around on the canal front, using the grassed area and jetty.

The apartment is for your use only. The stairs leading to the apartment are also used by guests in the studio, if there is a booking during your stay. The pool area is shared. The Canal front and Jetty can be used, but only by guests - not visitors or friends. The deck and BBQ on the canal side of the house is for the sole use of the owners and not to be used by guests at any time.

Palm Beach is in the middle of the Gold Coast, centrally located between Tallebudgera Creek and Currumbin Creek, and is affectionately known by locals as "Palmy".

New apartment blocks are popping up everywhere, and realestate is skyrocketing. Palm Beach is extremely popular and has a buzzing cafe scene.

Dining options are endless, and the well known COLLECTIVE has taken the concept of street food markets and food trucks and glamped them up with table service and just one menu which lets you order from any of the five kitchens. Offering everything from poke to pizzas, tacos to baos, and chicken ‘n’ waffles to jugs of Pimm’s, it is housed over two-levels and this place rocks on weekends; so arrive early if you’re in a group.

For the water babies and those who love the beach, you have the golden sands of Palm Beach which stretch along to the beautiful Tallebudgera Creek inlet to the north and the equally beautiful Currumbin Creek inlet to the south. Currumbin Creek is extremely popular for kayaking and stand up paddle boards. Why not fit in some lessons, and give it a try... it is very addictive!

Whether you have a car or plan to walk, getting around is easy. Uber is also freely available in the area, and plenty of buses if you are taking public transport.

It is only a 6 minute walk to the beach, and about 4 minutes to the cafes, restaurants and shopping.

If you have your own car, parking is freely available in the street in front of the home.
