The air-conditioned studio is a light, bright, contemporary open space including a kitchenette, lounge area with smart TV and modern ensuite.

Located above the private holiday residence below, the studio has its own entrance and shares an exterior staircase with the 2 bedroom apartment next door. The adjacent apartment is also available to book together, for additional guests up to six in total.

The studio is accessible via the side entry gate from the street. The private holiday home below is canal facing and studio guests can access the frontage via the pathway at the base of the stairs. The Canal front and Jetty can be used, but only by guests - not visitors or friends. The deck area and BBQ attached to the main residence are reserved for the owners. The pool area is shared.

You can stay here without a car as UBER is freely available and a short 5 minute walk to shopping centre will give you access to bus services. Approx 6 minutes walk will get you to the beach.
