Ensuite master bedroom with king bed, all other bedrooms have queen size but extra beds can be obtained. Second bathroom with bath & separate toilet, 2 lounge areas to hang out either outdoors or indoors watching a movie, playing a game or reading a book.

Brand new installation ducted air conditioning in every room.

Fully equipped new kitchen with latest Asko appliances.

Stunning Bali inspired pool area. Outdoor deck with sun loungers to soak up the rays & read a book or watch the kids in the pool. You can also open the kitchen bi-folds to see the kids in the pool whilst creating your gourmet meals. (very comforting).

It is a 30 minute drive to Dream world, Wet 'N' Wild, Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Currumbin Wild Life Sanctuary, Shopping at Harbour Town Outlet, Robina Centre or the newly renovated Pacific Fair (high end shopping).

It is 2 minutes drive to the Botanical Gardens, 6 minutes walk to the nearest Shopping Centre & local restaurants & 4km to Surfers Paradise.

It is 5 mins to Pindara Private Hospital, Gold Coast Turf Club, delicious coffee shops ,''The Royal Pines Golf Resort '' for the golfers and even an ice Ice Rink (open all year round) nearby.
