There is a great Italian restaurant (Roy’s by Gemelli), hair salon and patisserie/cafe only 400m down the road, access through the easement at the end of the cul de sac.
Or more shops, cafes, restaurants, bottle shop etc a short 1.3 Kms from the front door.
They also have Sunday morning farmers markets with live music to enjoy not more than a 1.5Km walk where the Gold Coast races are
