This apartment is located in the vibrant suburb of Palm Beach with specular ocean views from bedroom and balcony. There are also amazing views over the hinterland and Burleigh headland. You can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the apartment and see the whales in the ocean during migrating season. The apartment is on the third floor and is very warm in winter with plenty of natural light and cool in summer as it catches the sea breeze.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have very comfotable queens beds with built in robes and bedside tables with lamps. The other bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds with chest of drawers and lamp. All bedrooms have remote control ceiling fans and light.
The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen with all modern appliances and everything you need.
The apartment also has a fully equiped laundry with washing machine and separate dryer, ironing board and iron. Clothes lines is on the balcony.
The family room has big screen TV/DVD player with Netflix and Stan available. This room has a comfortable leather couch and also has air conditioning/heating that extends to the study nook and kitchen.
A stylish study nook with Chandelier and desk is adjacent to the family room.
The dining area has a big dining table that seats 6 people and also a inside bar table that seats 4 people.
On the balcony there is a bar table with 4 stools to look at the beach and hinterland and watch the world go by.
Linen, towels. shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand sanitiser , dishwashing liquid, tea towels, sponges, scrubs are all provided. There is also a stocked pantry full of your essentials like tea and coffee, salt and pepper and many other essential items for your use.
The apartment is located on the third floor (by stairs only) . There is parking for one car on the premises but plenty of street parking available which is free of charge.
