Palmy Sands is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom split level house, which has been updated and stylishly furnished throughout.
Upon entry, you are welcomed into a bright and comfortable sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain including dishwasher and plenty of bench and storage space.
There are 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor, one with queen bed and one with two single beds.
There is also a bathroom with walk in shower and laundry with washer dryer.
Step down into the oversized sunken loungeroom, with comfortable furnishings, large flat screen TV and access to the spacious, fully fenced grassy yard. This is the perfect spot to relax in front of the TV while the kids play in the back yard.
There is a remote-controlled garage with plenty of space for one car, plus your boards and bikes (or two short cars). There is another off street parking space on the driveway.
The upstairs level features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and second bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and ceiling fans.

We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.
