For exploring further afield, the Broadbeach South light rail station is nearby, making it easy to get around the Gold Coast without the hassle of parking. Buses and taxis are also readily available, and rideshare services like Uber are easy to access.
If you are driving, the apartment includes secure parking for 2 cars in the allocated spaces.

Oracle is a residential building, so parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. This home is best suited to families and quieter groups who will respect the apartment, neighbours, and building by-laws.
Before arrival, guests will need to complete Truvi guest verification, select either the $750 refundable damage deposit or $100 non-refundable damage waiver, and sign the rental agreement.
Lost keys or fobs incur a $300 replacement and call-out fee.
Interaction with Guests:
