Your holiday is yours to enjoy, however I am available by phone or email if required. No smoking or vaping. No pets, parties or events. The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period. Additional cleaning fees of $60 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
