Please note, the building front door closes strictly at 9pm. For check-ins after 9pm, a scheduled meet and greet is required at an additional cost of $65 (available until midnight). Unfortunately, no check-ins are available past midnight.

Long-term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $120 as we are required to deep clean after such stays.
Swimming pools and other communal facilities may occasionally close without prior notice when unexpected maintenance works are required.
