If you're not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we'll arrange for a cleaner to address the issue within 6 hours.
Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported to the host within 6 hours of check-in for resolution. Failure to allow remediation will result in no refund.
The house is professionally cleaned after each stay and is expected to be left clean and tidy upon checkout.
Any additional cleaning costs or damages will be the responsibility of the guest.

[Lost and Found]
We will hold lost items for up to 2 weeks. Items can be picked up or mailed to your address, with postage charges applied.

Before booking, you may be required to provide proof of identity. This measure ensures a safe environment and compliance with age verification requirements. Rooms cannot be rented to individuals under a certain age or using different names. Your personal information will remain confidential.
Interaction with Guests:
The key will be collected from a nearby Keynest location (usually a convenience store or local shop close to the apartment). Detailed check-in instructions will be sent within 24 hours before your arrival.
