The Neighborhood: Magical Mermaid Beach is a beautiful near empty two-kilometre stretch of sand, bounded by Miami and Nobby's Beach to the south and busy Broadbeach to the north, which offers three pristine swimming areas patrolled by Mermaid Beach Life Saving Club (circa 1945). It is the ideal laidback spot for vacationers seeking a balance between relaxation, water activities, local sightseeing and of course, good food. Home to outstanding surf conditions, striking walking tracks and a stunning outlook at Queensland, there is nothing quite like Mermaid Beach and this is one of the best places to visit in Gold Coast.
