Casa Del Mermaid is not your average holiday home In Mermaid Waters, Gold Coast. Well appointed with high-end furnishings, appliances and decor, this private 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated on a quiet cul de sac and offers many of the comforts of home that you would not expect to receive in a holiday rental. This includes extra bathroom towels for guests, including towels suitable for the swimming pool area. High thread count linens in the bedrooms are featured at no additional cost. Guests are supplied toiletries, a fresh bottle of milk, bread and butter. The owner leaves a supply of spices, sauces, and an assortment of teas, coffee, sugar and flour, for those guests inclined to cook or bake whilst visiting the Gold Coast.

*The property is an open planned space with a bedroom at the front entrance and 2 other bedrooms which include the Master and en suite, at the other end of the house. The kitchen bar is situated at the centre focal point of the house where drapes can be pulled back, and sliding glass doors opened to enjoy the pool area and deck.

*The swimming pool has fencing surrounding it (glass balustrade) and the timber deck has roofing for shade. The master and the 1st bedroom open up to the pool area and feature views pool facing. The 3rd bedroom features views to the grassy backyard area.
