The Front Deck runs off the kitchen with a large day bed to kick back and relax with an afternoon sun-downer or a great book, plus 'The Green' which is an area set aside for playing boules, totem tennis, or other garden games.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have provided complimentary Tea and Coffee, Milk & Sugar, Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash, Hairdryer. Also supplied; Washing Detergent, Washing Powder, Toilet Paper, Bath and Beach Towels. All you need to do is un-pack your bag and relax into the Beach House life-style.
Guest access Guests can access the whole property which is secured by electric gates and an intercom. The owners maintain a small private storage area.
Other things to note Mermaid Beach House is located in a quiet street, walking distance to Gold Coast's best attractions. Our neighbours are our friends and this is strictly a NO party house.
We ask that you respect our neighbours as you would your own home. This is a strictly NO party house........ it is located in a quiet residential community and we therefore ask our guests to respect that. We will not tolerate large gatherings or excess noise after hours...... We want to you to have a fantastic time but ask you to respect the above so that others after you can feel the same warm and friendly welcome from our neighbours.
