This is a free-standing house. Where tenants can enjoy the entire house, including decking, pontoon, garden and the pool. All private, nothing to share with other people.

We just live five minutes away from this house. I'm always here to help you if you have any trouble when staying at my house. I can also help you to plan your trip, arrange your transportation, booking all the tickets and events.

The most important thing I wish the tenants can be aware of is the noise issue. This house is located in a local quiet neighbourhood area. Most of our neighbours have old people or children. Our neighbours are very friendly, but they will particularly care about the problem of noise. I hope all the tenants can respect our neighbours. Please act like you in your own home. If I receive any complaint from our neighbours, I will not refund any security deposit back. Please understand that!
