If golf is your thing, you’ll be just 5 minutes to some of Australia’s most premier golf courses - The Pines Sanctuary Cove, The Palms Sanctuary Cove, Links Hope Island Golf Club and the Helensvale Golf Course. The house even has its own practice putting green for fun for the kids.

20 minutes to the action centre of the Gold Coast - Surfers Paradise, the beaches and Seaworld, amongst the many other attractions awaiting you.

The Space:

This sprawling house has 5 bedrooms to fill with all your family and friends.

The home’s spacious open plan boasts a large lounge room with separate kitchen/dining area and a well stocked kitchen with some extras to make your stay more comfortable .

The indoor outdoor bbq dining area with views to the pool area and beyond to the canal, is just the spot for your alfresco dining occasions.

Downtime at your home away from home might be spent relaxing in the pool, watching Netflix or even challenging someone to a game of pool.

Those experienced paddlers can don a life jacket and venture off down the canal in one of the 2 kayaks. Or you can bring your jet skis and boat to explore the hundreds of kilometres of Gold Coast waterways.

With sunsets to die for, take your cocktail down to one of the pontoons and soak in the magic and admire the views to the hinterland.


Where you’ll sleep:

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king bed and is a parent’s retreat with large ensuite and spa tub. It has a 50 inch TV. a bar fridge and coffee/tea station, and its own personal outdoor patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee, watch the watercraft float by or watch the action in the pool.

Bedroom 2: King bed or depending on your requirements the configuration can be changed to be split king beds. Full ensuite bathroom, TV, also has its own outdoor patio.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, also with outdoor access.TV

Bedroom 4: Queen bed with ensuite.

Bedroom 5: 2 x single beds.

Please Note : This house has STRICTLY no Parties or Events policy as we are located in a quite residential area. That’s not to say you can’t have fun whilst you are here and feel relaxed, just have respect for this rule and everyone concerned. If any evidence of partying or events is found there will be a non refundable charge of up to $3000.

Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY.

No open flames are permitted eg candles.
