Please note a building site is happening in front of the property (Beachside) which it can be noisy Mon to Fri from 7am to 5pm. This may create some noise during business hours. We have reduced the nightly price to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This apartment has access to a private roof top which you will have a 360 degree view to the ocean and hinterlands. You will also have access to the rooftop room to either relax, watch the ocean, read a book and even do some yoga or the children can have a play area away from the parents. This is accessed by stairs from the front door.

The entire Apartment including including the rooftop is for your sole use. You also have 2 designated car spaces in the underground secure car park. We will meet you at check in to give you the keys and show you your car space....and then you won't see us unless you need to.

Horizon Housing seeks to assimilate tenants into an established community by integrating social housing within such areas. This approach is preferable to grouping and isolating such developments in areas which are far removed from the amenities associated with urban neighbourhoods.

The Palm Beach complex has been deliberately designed to encourage socialisation amongst the residents, with the inclusion of high quality communal areas. Tenants share an outdoor dining and barbeque area, in addition to their own private gardens or balconies. Secure basement parking is also available for all residents and visitors.

This is a meet-and-greet check-in. Our staff will require all listed guests to present their IDs upon check-in.

- Guest must inform us 24 hours before arriving to avoid significant delay during check-in.
- No room service and only one-time check-out cleaning are provided.
- We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee.
- No beach towels are provided.
- We provide a one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee upon your arrival. The supermarket is a few minutes away if you run out and need extra things you may need for the rest of your stay.
- Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out are available at an extra fee and subject to availability. Please see the list of fees indicated below.
- Luggage storage is not available
- Guests must use their own Netflix, Youtube, and Stan accounts.
