This magnificent 4 bedroom beach house is ideally located on the absolute beachfront on Jefferson Lane - affectionally known as Millionaires Row and boasts direct beach access via your own private stairs.

You will enjoy the breathtaking 180 degree beach and ocean views from Surfers Paradise and South Stradbroke Island in the north down to Coolangatta in the south.

The home is modern, open plan living, kitchen, and dining areas all offering air conditioning and panoramic ocean views. After a big day at the beach, you can chill out in the lounge with Wifi, Foxtel IQ and TV with DVD player.

The oversized master bedroom offers air-conditioning, ensuite with spa bath and stunning water views from the king sized bed. The spacious second queen bedroom also offers magnificent ocean views and both bedrooms have multi-stacker security doors so you can literally step from your bed out onto the beach for that early swim.

The third bedroom offers double bed with ceiling fan and fourth has 2 singles, perfect for a 2 families or a larger family getaway.

The master bedroom, queen bedroom and single bedroom are situated on the lower level and the double bedroom is situated on the upper level off the living area.

Enjoy dining and entertaining with your own BBQ on the huge timber deck, complete with seating for 12 and a remote control awning to ensure optimum comfort year round.

Centrally located between Palm Beach CBD and Burleigh Heads, you will be spoilt for choice with restaurants, bars, cafes and stunning natural beauty surrounding you. You can even whale watch in winter and fish from the beach in front of the house.

Keys

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.

LINEN - Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.
