Our one storey home is very well maintained and is located on the prestigous Runaway Bay islands. The lounge, dining room and master bedroom overlook the wide canal; and the family room, and 2nd guest bedroom overlook the swimming pool. The main bedroom has walk-in wardrobes and separate bathroom. The main bathroom has a large spa bath. There are two large entertaining areas with BBQs (1) alongside the pool and (2) overlooking the picturesque canal. We have a double lock-up garage and courtyard. Our home is ideal for couples with or without children. It is close to shopping centres, restaurants, movie theatres, theme parks, golf courses and we love it!! Within easy access of both Gold Coast and Brisbane International airports.
