This luxury four bedroom waterfront home overlooking a private alcove with stunning Broadwater views is the ideal place for a family holiday or romantic getaway.

Central to theme parks, close to beaches, local shops, the Runaway Bay Marina, restaurants, Runaway Bay Shopping village and more.

BEDROOMS
The master suite with queen bed is located on the upper level and features a private balcony with fabulous views. A luxury ensuite bathroom includes a corner spa bath. Queen size bed with all bed linen and towels supplied.

The second and third bedrooms are both on the upper level and each has two king single beds and one trundle bed (small children only).

The fourth bedroom on the ground level has a queen size bed and its own ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
The main bathroom is located on the upper level and has both a shower and corner bath. The toilet is separate.
The master bedroom upstairs has a full ensuite bathroom.
The downstairs guest bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, double vanities and toilet.
Downstairs is a guest toilet.

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes equipped with double fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

DINING/FAMILY
The dining room with timber dining table and buffet can comfortably cater for 8 adults. A large leather lounge suite with ottoman in the family room is ideal for just chilling out. A small wall mounted TV in the corner for background entertainment.

FORMAL LOUNGE
With two comfortable leather sofas - the lounge offers a quiet corner to get away and sneak in some entertainment. The formal lounge includes a wall mounted smart TV with Foxtel and a selection of board games for some old-fashioned family fun.

LAUNDRY
The laundry is fully equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

OUTDOORS
The undercover area complete with BBQ is ideal for alfresco dining. Enjoy the relaxing views from the Bali Hut and still keep an eye on the kids playing in the sparkling in-ground pool.

Pontoon and small sandy beach (depending on tide levels).

PARKING
Parking is available for two vehicles in the automatic double garage.

FOXTEL & INTERNET ACCESS
Foxtel is available for guests in the main living room. Wireless internet access is included for guest use. Access code will be provided on arrival.

LINEN & TOWELS
All bed linen and bath towels supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.

COT & HIGHCHAIR
A portable cot and highchair can be provided. Please request at the time of booking.

MAXIMUM GUESTS - 8 Adults, 2 small children (trundle beds). If required, please request trundle beds at time of booking.

STRICTLY no parties, bucks nights, hens nights, large gatherings or functions. We ask that you respect the neighbors and ensure that noise is kept to a minimum after 10:00pm and before 8:00am.

PET POLICY
We understand that some families simply cannot leave home without their beloved fur babies. The owner of this lovely holiday home will allow one small dog (less than 10kg). You must have prior approval - so please contact us before booking and provide details of your pet. An additional fee of $150.00 will apply for additional cleaning that will be required. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in is from 2:30pm on your arrival date and check out is at 10:00am unless otherwise arranged at the time of booking.

CLEANING FEES
A cleaning fee will apply where guests have not left the property in the same condition as they found it. In general, a large percentage of guests will ensure that they do this but there have been a small number of guests who have left a mess behind and as a result, we have incurred additional costs on top of our standard cleaning fee. This fee will range from $50.00 up to $250.00 and only where necessary, will be deducted from the Security Deposit after you leave. Our cleaners will always provide photos as evidence of any extra cleaning required.
