This luxury top floor penthouse apartment offers everything you need to enjoy your stay.

A fabulous uninterrupted ocean view and you can start your day on the balcony watching the sunrise and the Ocean crashing against the beautiful golden sand.


Apartment layout consists of main bed with Queen bed, balcony and ensuite bathroom overlooking the Ocean whilst 2nd and 3rd bedroom share the master bathroom, separate toilet and have 2 single beds - bedroom 2 and Queen bed - bedroom 3

The separate laundry is an added bonus to make your holiday self sufficient and includes washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities . .

The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need on holidays including Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, and Oven. The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of kitchenware & appliances. - whether you choose to cook or not it is all available for you.

All linen is supplied however, if you require Beach Towels rather than filling your luggage with these bulky items please let us know as you can hire the Beach Towels from reception for $10 per towel for your entire stay.



Main Beach - the Grown Up's end of the Gold Coast.

There is plenty to see & do in Main Beach including strolling around the many walking tracks, through Macintosh Island, a 20 minute walk into Surfers Paradise along the newly renovated walk ways but if you prefer you can catch the GLink Tram at the end of Tedder Avenue or hop on the bus.

Main Beach has so much to offer - restaurants, cafes, shopping, bakery and everything just a short walk away you will need to make your holiday enjoyable. If you feel like a 15 - 20 minute walk you can check out the shopping, cafes and restaurants at beautiful Marina Mirage and all that it has to offer including the Marina and the luxury boats.

If you are attending a wedding or function at the Southport Yacht Club or Main Beach Surf Club you are only a 10 minute walk so no need to take the car you can just stroll there and back and enjoy the beautiful weather of the Gold Coast.


Terms & Conditions

Photo ID is required on Check-in, a Current Credit Card and the Credit Card holder must be staying on-site.

Check-in is 2.00pm and check-out is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged prior to stay.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit equalling 30% of the full Tariff has been received.

Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will not have the deposit refunded.

Cancellations with more than 21 days notice will have the deposit less $55 administration fee refunded to the Credit Card the original deposit was paid with.

Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian.

If Guests break any of the Building By-Laws and they are asked to leave - NO Refund will be given.

This property does not accept 'Schoolies' bookings. The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period.
