Located 250m from the sand of Main Beach on the gorgeous Gold Coast, the ground floor apartment comprises of two bedrooms with the additional living area being transformed into a third bedroom if needed. Boasting a generous 85m2 courtyard, you'll love the space, privacy and direct access to the swimming pool and BBQ area.

BEDROOMS
The master and second bedrooms both have king split beds which can be separated into 4 single beds on request. The master bedroom has a private ensuite and TV and the second bedroom has easy access to the large main bathroom. The additional living area has a sofa bed lounge which unfolds into a double bed.

PRIVATE SUN-DRENCHED COURTYARD
One Seychelles guests will enjoy the expansive 85m2 private courtyard which has direct access to the swimming pool and BBQ area. Perfect for lounging around, reading a good book or a long lunch under the bamboo canope. The courtyard wraps around the apartment giving you multiple access areas from both Cronin Avenue and Woodroofe Avenue. The perfect place to dust the sand off your feet before stepping back into your luxurious apartment.

SWIMMING POOL & BBQ AREA
With only 18 apartments in the complex, it's very likely you'll have the pool all to yourself! Surrounded by tropical palms, the pool is perfect for an early morning lap or afternoon float around. And with access from Woodroofe Avenue to the pool area, you'll be able to finish your beach walk with a rinse off under the outdoor shower, before plunging into the pool to cool off. The area also includes an undercover BBQ area with sun lounges and dining areas.

LINENS
There is nothing better than sleeping in quality crisp fresh linen. When staying at One Seychelles, all your linen is provided, and your beds are made to a 5 star hotel quality level. Bathroom towels are also included. And if you would like additional cleaning and bed making during your stay or beach/pool towels, we can organise that for you for a small fee.

TOILETRIES
It's easy to forget to pack the basics, so to get you started on your holiday, we've included basic toiletries so you can still enjoy a refreshing shower before topping up your holiday supplies.

Guests will have complete privacy at all times and access to the entire apartment and all the common areas. However, a comprehensive Welcome Book is filled with things to see and do, great local places to dine and shop, as well as contact numbers for when those little things pop up that you need assistance with.

In walking distance of some wonderful coffee shops, excellent dining from casual to fine dining, boutiques, galleries and everything in between, Main Beach is a fabulous beachside suburb. A short walk to the vast white sandy beach and close proximity to the tram should you wish to venture south into Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach, this is a holidaymakers heaven!
