The Toby's Beach house is holidaymakers delight that is highly sought after, as this beautifully appointed executively styled beach house is literally just an 80-metre walk to the beachfront and Surf club, and within a kilometre to both the famous Broadbeach and Nobby Beach shopping strips. This means you have everything you need close by however you may just opt for a simple fish and chips on the beach, a beer at the local surf club or just to sit back and revel in what the Little Mermaid Holiday House has to offer.

Inside features timber floorboards, contemporary modern furniture, large open living room, dining area, second living area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. We suggest on the sunny days to open the sliding stacker doors up to the deck to create the ultimate indoor-outdoor living space to enjoy with your family and guests while you watch the kids swim in the plunge pool or why not just get in there yourself.

The property has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 12, but MAX 6 adults) and 2 bathrooms + powder room and separate spa bathroom. The bedding configuration as follows: Bedroom 1 – King, Bedroom 2 – Bunk bed (double on the bottom & single on the top), Bedroom 3 - Queen, Bedroom 4 – King single + 1 single bunk and there are also 2 addition fold away beds to cater for a couple of extra children + a king single.

We know you will want to stay longer than you are looking to book Toby's Beach House and we do not blame you’ so before you do actually book you may just want to add an extra day or two on to your stay… you have been warned!
