The Space:
Situated in a quiet, rustic setting, a front patio with an outdoor setting for 2 people leads into a light-filled unit with reverse-cycle ducted aircon and block-out shutters throughout. The open plan kitchen/living space comes with stylish tiled flooring, a breakfast bar and 3 stools, a 900 ml under-bench oven, 5-burner gas cooktop, a microwave, Dishlex dishwasher, and a family-sized fridge. In the living area, there are 3-seater and 2-seater sofas and a large ‘Smart’ TV. The unit has 2 carpeted bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 singles, and both with block-out blinds, built-in wardrobes, ducted air con and ceiling fans. A roomy bathroom features a separate shower and bathtub, and is also home to a top-loader washing machine.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in leafy Helensvale on the northern end of the Gold Coast, you might be lucky enough to see kangaroos bounding about and koalas sleeping in nearby trees. The unit itself is a short drive to Queensland’s popular Warner Bros Movie World, Wet’n’Wild and Paradise Country theme parks, as well as the Outback Experience arena show, making it a great location for fun and relaxation. Monteray Keys Shopping Village is close by, as are golf courses. The beach is a 15 minute drive away, with Surfers Paradise under 30 minutes and Brisbane City 45 minutes by car.

Getting Around:
Although public transport is available, this unit is best suited to guests with a car, with ample free street parking available.

Other Things to Note:
* This property is not kid/infant friendly.

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
