Verve Restaurant Cafe and Bar Broadbeach Waters is an intimate restaurant serving excellent food. The stylish contemporary decor creates a warm ambience. The food is outstanding, the approach innovative, creative and full flavoured using European principles with Asian influences and it is a hit with the locals. The passion for food and wine of owner Shelly Greaves is evident, the service is professional but warm and friendly, and guests quickly become regulars. The wine list has something for everyone and at an approachable pricing point including some rare and wonderful back vintages for that special occasion. A unique addition at Verve is the blackboard cheese menu which lists around eight to ten cheeses from around the world. You choose the cheese you want on your platter to suit your taste. They are now open for dinner on Sunday evenings with lunch on Sunday with live music from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. depending on the crowd, sometimes chairs are pulled back and people begin dancing as if no one is watching!
