Chelles @ Chevron, Restaurant and Cocktail Bar, is located in the heart of the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre in Surfers Paradise on the beautiful Gold Coast, Queensland. It is nestled in a Balinese inspired setting around a large fountain, al fresco style, but also caters for diners and large groups inside, with air-conditioning and a plasma screen. Chelles restaurant features Modern Australian cuisine, including locally-sourced grass-fed Wagyu Beef, grain-fed Eye Fillet and Rump steaks, fresh Seafood, Kangaroo, Lamb Shanks, Pizza and Pasta. There is a Cocktail Bar with a great selection of fresh cocktails, beers and local wines (also Bring Your Own wine). There are gluten-free and vegetarian options and a Japanese menu translation is available. Children are welcome and receive a free drink with any meal. The restaurant is open seven days (including Christmas Day) for breakfast, lunch and dinner until late. Chelles has a relaxed, casual ambience, but the service and quality local food provide that extra "edge" to the patron's dining experience.
