The house is fully equipped with everything that you can think of- all linens, towels, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, condiments, tea or enjoy a freshly made coffee from our brand new Lavazza coffee machine.

The house also has its very own pontoon so don't forget to bring your fishing gear.

With only a short 10min drive to all of the Gold Coast theme parks, 5mins to Sanctuary Cove Golf Course, 10mins to Harbour Town and yet still so close to the gorgeous beaches of the Gold Coast.

We have a strict No Party Policy but if you would like to have extra guests over for the day please ensure to let us know first as they will need to be registered.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet place, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbors who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
