The kitchen is well equipped and both the kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated with internal laundry.

Bedroom one is fitted with a queen size bed and bedroom two with a single bed plus trundle, which can be extended to make a large double bed or two singles.The bathroom/laundry has also been updated and is fitted with a washing machine and dryer.

Remote style ceilings fans are fitted in the living/dining area and bedrooms.

This property is located within walking distance to the beach (please note it is not beachfront), local shops, cafes, public transport and the popular Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.It is also easily accessible from the Gold Coast Airport and the M1.

Wifi is included at this property. There is a single lock up garage.

Linen IS NOT provided for this property - sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels - but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.
