From the moment you enter this stunning home, you get an instant sense of luxury .... a large open plan layout, gourmet kitchen, multiple living areas and alfresco entertaining area fronting the pool and river.

Only minutes form Surfers Paradise, Jupiters Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre, Pacific Fair Shopping Mall, Broadbeach's fabulous restaurant strip and the fabulous Gold Coast beaches.

For your enjoyment we have kayaks available at the property so you can take full advantage of the river at your back door. Alternatively you can cast a line and catch dinner off your jetty or relax and bask in the sun by the pool.

We also have two mountain bikes plus 2 scooters for the kids so you can explore the beautiful Broadbeach Waters location.

This home will provide the ultimate Gold Coast holiday and create lasting memories for you and your family for years to come.

BOOKING INFORMATION

The Waters Edge is located in a quiet residential street with very nice neighbours. We only take guests who agree to respect and observe the residential noise curfew from 10pm to 8am.

The Waters Edge has a strict no party and not commercial functions policy. We cater to family groups, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together. We do not accept bookings from schoolies or large groups of young singles. The minimum age to hire the property is 24.

You will be greeted on arrival and given a tour of The Waters Edge. Your greeter will be happy to answer any questions you have relating to your stay.

LOCATION

The Waters Edge, in Broadbeach Waters, is located only minutes to the golden beaches, Pacific Fair Shopping Mall Mecca, Jupiters Casino,
Gold Coast Convention Centre, plus the popular and ever so hip Broadbeach Restaurant Strip, with cuisines to please every foodie. Some of the local's favourite places to dine include: Social Eating House, Gemelli Italian, Moo Moos, Chang Man Thai @ Crown Towers and Grocer and Grind Cafe.

For the golf enthusiasts there are a multitude of golf courses just a short drive away including Royal Pines and Palm Meadows.

There are Farmers Markets every Sunday Morning at the Gold Coast Art Centre.

And don't forget the green behind the gold, with the amazing hinterland, full of waterfalls, rock pools, lush vegetation and great walking tracks.

The famous Gold Coast Theme Parks are located just a twenty minute drive away.

The closest airport is Coolangatta which is a 20 minute drive from the house. Taxis, buses and limousines are available for Coolangatta Airport.
Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive away. Trains or shuttle buses are available.
Nerang Rail Station is a 15 minute drive by car or taxi to the house. Buses are available.
