The large balcony offers guests an amazing view of the ocean and the Surfers Paradise skyline. Guests can lounge in the mornings while sipping coffee or relax while watching the sunset with a glass of wine or beer.



The apartment has been newly renovated and redecorated with only quality and modern appliances and furnishings so guests can only expect high-quality service and stay. The modern kitchen has all the guests would need to create their own sumptuous meals in the comfort of the unit.



Both bedrooms have one queen bed with the master having its own ensuite, walk through robe and its own private access to the balcony. We also made sure that only quality and fluffy linens, sheets, pillows and towels are provided to make sure that guests would have an excellent and comfortable sleep.



We also provide a one-time complimentary starter and essential kit of coffee, tea, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. There are shops and stores within walking distance if guests would require more.



To keep our guests' vehicle safe and secure, we have one free dedicated parking spot, however, there are street parking in the area if they would more parking spaces.



Located in a beautiful resort complex, guests would have access to a slew of building facilities including an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, spa, covered BBQ area, tennis court and a fully furnished fitness centre.



It is also strategically located close to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and other entertainment options which are within walking distance so there is always an option to eat out or to shop.



The Northcliffe Glink Train Station is just under 5-minute walk by foot so guests would have no problem moving and exploring the rest of Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and even Southport.

Guest access
To provide maximum comfort and satisfaction, guests will have complete and private access to the whole house during their stay.


Guests will have access to a slew of building facilities including an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, spa, covered BBQ area, tennis court and a fully furnished fitness centre.


Other things to note
- This is a meet-and-greet check-in. Our staff will require all listed guests to present their ID upon check-in.

- Guest must inform us 24 hours before arriving to avoid significant delay during check-in.
- No room service and only one-time check-out cleaning is provided.
- We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee.
- No beach towels provided.
- We provide a one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee upon your arrival.
- Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out available at an extra fee and subject to availability. Please see the list of fees indicated below.
- Luggage storage is not available

- Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts.
- Rubbish Disposal: Please use the rubbish chute or take the lift to the ground floor to the back of the building for access to the large bins

PARKING OPTIONS:
We provide one parking spot on the underground parking space. There is also an option for a free street parking from 7 PM-9 AM. Alternatively, Surfer’s Paradise Carpark located off Cypress Avenue has paid parking for $6/12hrs.
