So what do you need? A one or two bedroom Villa? If you only require a one bedroom we can lock the second bedroom and you will get the Villa for a cheaper rate. (The listing price currently is for a two bedroom Villa). Ask us for a quote as we understand everyone has different needs and requirements. The cleaning rate differs too - depending on your length of stay and if pets holidayed too!

With easy access to Surfers Paradise, only a 20 min walk or 5 min drive, or 2 min walk to private Regatta Parade beach for a swim, picnic or dog walk.

Fully self contained Villa with full kitchen, laundry, dining and outdoor deck completely enclosed with own key pad entry gate. There is parking on the street right outside the entry gate which is free on street parking.

A 10 min walk to Gold Coast City Council's Evandale Park for free BBQ, fresh water lake swimming, playgrounds, exercise equipment trail and offering beautiful views of Surfers Paradise.

The cities HOTA (Home of the Arts) is also located here with movie theatres, live entertainment and café for your enjoyment. Why not enjoy dinner and a show or movie?

Local shopping centres, restaurants and bars are also walking distance to both Chevron Island and Southport Park shopping centres.

Your accommodation is a two bedroom Villa boasting a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, including microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher.

The kitchen, dining and lounge are all in the one room which has air-conditioning and there is a SMART TV, DVD player for your use to log into NETFLIX AND STAN. There is also a desk with lamp for your computer or laptop.

Off the front door is a timber deck perfect for evening drinks and nibbles or a BBQ.

You can enjoy a beautifully renovated bathroom with separate toilet, large laundry with new washing machine and dryer that exit to outside private clothes line and pet enclosure.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has king split beds that may be made up as a king or 2 singles. There is air-conditioning in Bedroom 1 however it is powerful enough to cool both bedrooms. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

There is a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Our Pet guests love it here and also enjoy the dog friendly park a very short distance from the Villa. There is a charge to bring your pet.

Be assured that the carpets in the bedrooms are shampooed after every stay.
