Traditional old Queenslander Beach style Cottage with private swimming pool it is a little private oasis, full of luxury touches on a budget.

Please check availability on our calendar as we do not accept bookings that leave gaps between bookings less than our minimum nights as its impossible to fill those nights, happy to discuss further.

Rates on calendar are for 4 people, this is a small cottage, we wont allow overcrowding, if children are included in the booking please specify, we allow of maximum of 6 people in total including kids, this property gives excellent value for smaller groups, couples or small families with young children.

The 3rd bedroom only accommodates 2 young children. Over 10 years are considered adult, due to the size of our beautiful little home, and the maintenance, wear and tear, and overhead costs. If you want to book up to 6 people please discuss with us first.

(Christmas/New Year - we are looking for 1 or 2 bookings that fill the 14 nights with no gaps from 21st Dec to check out on 5th Jan. Please contact us to discuss your booking we will consider a minimum of 7 nights from the 21st Dec - with a check out 28th Dec

Location, Location, Location and a picket fence! A super cute older style cottage with lots of luxurious touches, and plenty of original cuteness. A gorgeous little oasis and lovely large swimming pool it is an old pool, but with a salt water filter system so lovely and refreshing.

Full of Queensland Charm this trendy Cottage has been beautifully updated with such attention to detail while retaining it's charming original character, giving you a true Queensland holiday experience.

You will be hiring the entire place, it's home from home and private swimming pool (older but large pool) and lovely tropical garden areas help yourself to the herbs.

A short drive to beaches, river, parks, and walking distance to the fabulous Brick works Centre & Ferry Road Markets, a short step back from the noisy Surfers Paradise, it’s a very quiet family neighbourhood, but so close and convenient to all the Gold Coast attractions it is such a central location and is perfect for your stay.

Finalist in the Stayz Accommodation of the year awards! Many Excellent 5 Star reviews from our previous guests. This is the best value for money when compared to similar accommodation in the surrounding areas and we are pet friendly too.

Ideal for short or long breaks. Open plan living areas, Kitchen, dining room and lounge. 3 Bedrooms, queen beds in two bedrooms, and the third has 2 singles suitable for kids. It sleeps 6 maximum including Children. Spacious Newly updated main bathroom with full shower, toilet, basin with under storage unit. Additionally it has a separate guest toilet, which is great news!

Longer stays please note: a linen change and Mini clean will be charged for weekly at $100 which is below cost. This is due to issues we have had with longer bookings NOT being left in a clean and tidy condition similar to how you found it. Plus a signature on a full agreement is required prior to you booking anything above 3 weeks.

Great to entertain on the Alfresco covered deck which leads to a large patio, and BBQ area surrounding your private pool and lawn. Barbeque and Sun loungers make it a great family area.

This Cottage offers you wonderful accommodation for your stay on the Gold Coast. Your host is experienced and will ensure that the place is spotless and fully equipped for your comfort and convenience.

This cute cottage is really welcoming, and comfortable, a home from home. The cottage offers excellent value for money our rates are competitive based on it's location and what it has to offer!

We welcome families and we are Pet friendly, subject to prior approval on pets, contact us to discuss. The gardens are compact, with a side garden/lawn below driveway, and a garden next to the pool and patio area. Plenty of lovely areas locally to walk the dog.

Walk to The Brickworks and Ferry Road markets, Dining, Gelato, Fashion, Gym, Pharmacy, Lifestyle, Fresh fruit and Veg, Deli, Butchery, Fishmonger, Best Coffee in town.

Please leave the cottage clean and tidy in similar condition to how you found it.
The exit clean and laundry charge only covers 2.5 hours for cleaning anything above that will be charged for. The exit clean and professional laundry fees do not include
extra cleaning, weekly cleaning, and excessively stained linen fees, or cleaning up after pets.

WE HAVE A STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS AT ALL - NO EXCESSIVE NOISE - NO SCHOOLIES POLICY - No Events at this home. Please do not inquire if this is your intention - no exceptions are made to this policy. Our neighbors will call us if you make noise.

Minimum Age of primary guest making the booking is 25. Id is required.

This is a family neighborhood, however we cannot control activities on neighboring properties.

We update our rates regularly according to seasonal demand, your booking is subject to confirmation of the rates with the owner. Pets need prior approval, so please do not book without that prior consent. You are asking the owners to share their home with your pets, please therefore be respectful and request this approval. A Pet surcharge applies, you need to select that during your booking. Clean up after your shedding dogs. Keeping it pet friendly and reinstating it 100% spotlessly clean for our non pet owning guests is a minimum requirement. Pets are accepted only with prior arrangement with the owner, pets are not permitted on beds or furniture this is strictly applied so don’t be tempted. Did we mention, that you need to clean up after your pets :)

Christmas New Year is our peak season, approximately 2 weeks depending on where the weekend falls. We don’t accept bookings with gaps during this time and we do not accept bookings with check outs on the public holidays, contact us prior to trying to book this period to avoid disappointment. No Weekly Or monthly discounts on these peak periods and absolutely no cancellations once booked.

We do have 2 beautiful neighboring properties if this one isn't available we are happy to offer the other one if your dates are free all bookings will be processed through VRBO/Homeaway/Stayz we don’t take bookings outside of these platforms.
