Unit 1 at Sparkling Waters is a bright 3 bedroom 1st floor apartment. It is a split level unit with the lounge room and balcony overlooking the ocean. Imagine sitting on the balcony that is off the loungeroom having breakfast in the glorious sunshine watching the waves! Being a really light and colourful family unit your holiday should be very comfortable.

The main bedroom has a queen bed with the 2 other bedrooms containing 2 single beds in each room. All bedrooms contain ceiling fans.

The unit has a dryer in the unit, but the laundry is a shared laundry with the other residents in the unit block.

This unit has parking under the carport for 1 car.

Sparkling Waters is located close to local shops, restaurants and cafes, Tugun Surf Club and public transport. The M1 and Coolangatta Airport are also close by.

Linen IS NOT provided for this property - sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels - but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.

As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
