To avoid any confusion -
** Air Con available. 6kw split system in the lounge room. Cools the entire apartment. Still has ceiling fans in all rooms too.
** The apartment is solely for your use, you do not share this with anyone else other than the guests on your booking.
The house/property is made up of 3 apartments, each with their own private entrance, deck and space... you only share the gardens & pool area.

Skyline Apartment can have up to 6 people stay.

- Strawberry Road is very quiet & peaceful, the most wonderful place to relax after a big day of sightseeing, work, a romantic getaway or simply escaping from reality.
- After having your breathe taken away from the absolutely stunning views from the 2 acre property, watch the sunset or sparkly city lights from your deck or pool area, or relax in gardens in the hanging egg chair to watch the sunset or do some yoga or meditation with Sid our Buddha, or have a nap on your super comfy bed with luxurious sheets & fluffy pillows with a big Smart TV that is Netflix enabled (login with your account).
- Hungry... prepare a bite to eat in the well equipped kitchenette with full fridge, hot plates, convectional microwave, blender & toaster, kettle, coffee machine & sandwich toaster.
- Relax outside on your private deck with a glass of wine or beer, as you take in the sunset over the hinterland or watch the ocean sunrise over the city with coffee, you may be lucky to have the tropical birds that may come say hello.
Be lucky to see our resident Koala, Kevin and Wallabies, dusk is the best time to hopefully see them.
- Your bathroom is a great size with a good shower, bath, window with a view & natural light.
- Feel free to use the beautiful shared pool area.

Parking - Parking is anywhere on the street at the front of the house, it’s free. We ask that you park mostly on the lawn as it’s a narrow road. Please do not block or park on the driveway.
We recommend locking your car doors just in case - best to be safe than sorry.

Hot Tub - Please note the Hot Tub is not heated all the time as it uses an exorbitant amount of power to run so we keep it off unless requested to use. Please note it does not have jets / bubbles.

Hot Tub - Additional charge of $30 per day to have heated. 48 hours notice required please. If you have chosen to have it heated on the selected days it will be on a timer from 2pm to 8:45pm. - Temperature around 37-38 degrees.
