Serenity is a three-bedroom home in an ideal position, overlooking the tranquil waters of Pine Lake at Elanora.

Boasting an inground swimming pool, private beach on the canal and all the comforts of home, Serenity is the perfect place to slow down, relax and unwind.

The single level home offers an air-conditioned and comfortably furnished loungeroom with smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. There is dining area for 4 and a media room with second TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench and storage space.

Serenity offers 3 spacious bedrooms including air-conditioned master with queen bed and ensuite with walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms have one single bed each and all rooms have ceiling fans for year-round comfort.

There is also main bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet, and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Step outside to the covered patio and enjoy the stunning views, over the inground swimming pool and over the tranquil waters of Pine Lake.

Guests can enjoy a private sandy beach at low tide, or bring your paddleboard or kayak along to use on the calm canal waters.

Serenity at Elanora offers secure lock up garage with parking for 2 cars and plenty of storage for boards and bikes. There is also a fully fenced grassy yard for the kids to play in.

It is ideally located 2kms from The Pines shopping centre, and only 3km to Palm Beach. While you're staying, make sure you visit the Astra Lumina lightshow at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 23 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
