Seawoods is the ideal family beach house located on prestigious Currumbin hill, only a short walk to the ocean! Sit on the North East facing deck, overlooking beautiful Currumbin Beach or walk to boutique shops, cafes, well renowned restaurants and Currumbins absolute beachfront Surf Club.

The home is built over 3 levels with the double garage plus extra shower on the ground floor. The first and second floors are split level.

The first floor features open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area opening onto a sunny balcony, with a couple of steps up to 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom.

The main bedroom is located on the third floor (top floor) featuring ocean views through the white plantation shutters plus an ensuite.

Keys

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.

LINEN - Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.
