Sandpiper By the Beach is a fully renovated two bedroom one bathroom self contained unit in the centre of Broadbeach. It is directly across from the beach snd on the same block as the restaurants and the Oasis Shopping Centre.
Free WiFi included and now air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout also
We have a seven night minimum at the prices quoted but happy to do shorter stays if our calendar allows. Surcharge for shorter stays apply. Contact us for details before reserving shorter stays.
Access to the unit is via the dual lifts which can be accessed direct from the undercover secure parking.

We own and manage our unit independantly from the Sandpiper Management and you will deal directly with us throughout your stay. We live locally and we are at your service to ensure that you have a happy holiday :)

This gorgeous apartments faces the ocean and has a private balcony with spectacular views. it is on the third floor of the fifteen floor apartment building on the southern side of the building with the east /south-east aspect. These views can never be built out as the Sandpiper apartments are located right on the beach overlooking a beautiful parkland. It is straight across from Kurrawa Beach and the popular Kurrawa Beach Surf Club.The craft markets are held in the park opposite every first and third Sunday of the month and the buzzing atmosphere of Broadbeach is a t your fingertips-all within walking distance. This apartment feature a fully renovated kitchen with Caesarstone tops and two pack doors. All the appliances are Stainless Steel. It features a bar height servery a microwave oven, wall oven, hot plates, double sink, dishwasher, toaster & jug, crockery, cutlery and lots of cupboard storage space. There is a washing machine and clothes dryer as well as the standard laundry tub.
The bathroom has a separate shower with sliding glass and aluminium screen and a separate bath tub for bathing the kids or just relaxing after a day on the beach.
The Lounge room is spacious and airy and includes a comfortable modular lounge suite, Plasma TV, with Free Austar/Foxtel & Sky Racing Channels. Wireless Broadband access is also available in all apartments All apartments have separate lounge and dining rooms, with great ocean views.


This gorgeous unit has a private balcony with outdoor chairs and table to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and superb views. The main bedroom has a large modern queen size bed and side tables with gorgeous designer linen and cushions.
The second bedroom has two single beds and is tastefully decoraated. There is a single fold up bed for extra guests at no extra charge..

We are wanting minimum 7 night bookings but are willing to accept shorter stays if the calendar allows.

We have a porta cot, high chair and stroller available at no extra cost to guests. Please request these when booking.
