Paradise Getaway - Easy stroll to restaurants, shops, parklands and beach

Located at the northern end of the Gold Coast, our two bedroom unit is an eight minute flat walk to the waterfront at Paradise Point with its laid back village vibe. Overlooking the opulent Sovereign and Ephraim Islands, Paradise Point has everything you need without having to get in your car. Wander down to the Esplanade for a relaxing coffee or meal while the kids play at the Parklands well equipped playgrounds or enjoy fish and chips by the waters edge followed by a dip at the safe swimming beach. Surfers Paradise, theme parks, national parks and much more are only a short drive away or public buses are also close by.
The apartment itself is attached to our house as we also live at the property but it has its own entrance and is fully self contained and totally private. There is also ducted airconditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. You are also more than welcome to use our pool.
