The Space:
Update - Air Conditioning will be available in all bedrooms and the main area by the end of Septmember 2026 (pending BC approval-Currently the main area and Primary bedroom only) You will receive an electronic guide the afternoon before your arrival. This guide will give you information on how to use appliances in the apartment, local information, restaurants, bars, clubs, cafe's, live weather information, even information to help guide you to the property
Guest Access:
Access initially will be via the Carpark. You will gain your keys from the visitors park. From there you can choose to park in the basement and enter via the lift in the basement, direct to your level 5, or enter via the front entrance, heading to the lift and selecting level 5
The Neighborhood:
The area around the apartment is perfect for ocean, creek, restaurants, hiking or just relaxing
Getting Around:
You will be able to walk almost anywhere you need to go in the area. If you choose to head to the many attractions available on the Gold Coast, there is simple public Transport near the property. The tram is due to go down as far as Burleigh heads in 2026, which is a 5 minute walk + 5 minute bus
