CAR PARKING 1 x secure car parking is available to reserve at $10 per night. Please note that there are limited spaces available, we recommend reserving a space prior to arrival to avoid missing out.
AMENITIES On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include: Bed linen for each bed 1 x bath towel for each guest. 1 x hand towel & 1 x bath mat for each bathroom. 1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest. 1 x roll of toilet paper per toilet. 1 x body wash & 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person. 1 x sachet of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent. 1 x dish cloth & scourer.
GCLR do not supply food items like Salt, Pepper, Oil, Condiments etc.
Pool towels are not included, and cannot be accessed from the pool area in the resort. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be purchased from GCLR at $15 per towel, or 4 for $50.
The entire apartment is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were your own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast. Guest access This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts.
CHECK IN From 2:00pm Gold Coast Luxury Resorts offers contactless check in and check out. On the day of arrival, you will collect your keys from a key safe located at 130 Bundall Road, Bundall. We will send the code for the safe via email and SMS once the room is ready for you.
Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. Same-day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm. This includes providing photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit, and signing our lease agreement. If you would like a copy of this lease agreement before confirming your reservation please feel free to send us an enquiry.
The security deposit is a $250 pre-authorisation on the day of arrival. Please note that we can only accept Visa or Mastercard, and this card must be in the same name as the booking. The security deposit will be released 7 days after departure as long as there are no damages or extra charges incurred.
CHECK OUT By 10:00am Upon departure, you are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please note that most resorts require keys to exit the car park first, please remove your car and then return the keys to the apartment. Alternatively, you can return the keys to our dropbox at Suite 1, 130 Bundall Road, Bundall.
We simply require you to remove all rubbish from the property, wash up any dishes & unpack the dishwasher. Please remove all personal belongings and leave both sets of guest keys on the kitchen bench.
