The Artique features 176 luxury apartments, split into 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom self-contained units. All of the apartments also feature en suite bathrooms, separate living/dining areas, a private balcony with panoramic views and a well-equipped kitchen with a range of modern appliances. Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre is 6 minutes' drive away while Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is 9 minutes' drive away. Gold Coast Airport is 34 minutes' drive from Artique Surfers Paradise. - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the residents and other guests in the building. - Observe all building rules during your stay including pool and exercise rules. - No smoking anywhere in this apartment either inside or on the balcony. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the apartment you will be charged $50 for extra cleaning. - No parties or events unless previously organised in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200 - If we receive any noise complaints from neighbours a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $250AUD to guests for the first call out. If they are called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. - Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. - In the event a guest has not checked out and replaced the keys in the correct letterbox by 30 minutes after check out time, there will be a $50 fee charged to the guest. - If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out and replacing the key in the correct letterbox the guest will be charged the total base rate for the night with no discounts but will not be entitled to stay in the apartment for the extra night. Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you. - A lost or damaged key and electronic FOB will be charged to the guest at a cost of $150
