✨ Newly Furnished 4 Bedroom Apartment - Oracle Tower 1 ✨

This newly furnished 4 bedroom apartment is on the 20th floor in Tower 1 of The Oracle Resort Broadbeach. It has a 59 square metre balcony with beautiful south-east views.

The resort itself is family friendly offering 2 swimming pools, gym, sauna and spa, BBQ & gardens as well as a gaming room that kids will love. The Oracle is within easy walking distance to everything our amazing city has to offer, world class beaches, cafes, bars & restaurants.

Rates are based on 8 guests, additional charges apply for up to 10 guests. Rollaway beds supplied for additional guests.

CHECK IN:
Gold Coast Luxury Resorts offers contactless check in and check out. Prior to arrival you will be required to complete an online check-in. On the day of arrival, you will collect your keys from a key safe located at 130 Bundall Road. We will send the code for the safe via email and SMS once the room is ready for you.

CHECK OUT:
Upon departure we kindly ask that you remove all rubbish from the property, wash up any dishes & unpack the dishwasher.

You are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please note that you will require keys to exit the car park first, please remove your car and then return the keys to the apartment. Alternatively, you can return the keys to our dropbox at 130 Bundall Road.

CAR PARKING
1 x Tandem car space (fits two vehicles) is available to reserve at $10 per night. Please note that there are limited spaces available, we recommend reserving a space in advance to avoid missing out.

AMENITIES:
On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include:
Bed linen for each bed
1 x bath towel for each guest.
1 x hand towel & 1 x bath mat for each bathroom.
1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest.
1 x roll of toilet paper per toilet.
1 x body wash & 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person.
1 x sachet of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent.
1 x dish cloth & scourer.

GCLR do not supply food items like Salt, Pepper, Oil, Condiments etc.

Pool towels are not included, and cannot be accessed from the pool area in the resort. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be purchased from GCLR at $15 per towel, or 4 for $50.

The entire apartment is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were your own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.
