"Welcome to spend your weekend or holiday seasons in this beautiful sky home ( Level 40) which has incredible views from every room. This World class apartment is absolutely in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Everything you need literally at your front door step. Amazing 5 Star full resort facilities are available for guest use. We do not host schoolies, allow parties or gatherings in the property, we have a zero tolerance and if it is reported you will be immediately asked to leave.

Turn off the air-conditioner when you go out so it’s not running all day, to avoid additional usage charges, there is no need to leave it running if you are not there.

Close windows and doors when you go out to keep the property secure and so damage does not occur from wind or rain.

Close windows and doors when it rains to avoid water damage.

If using the dryer, please ensure all sand is removed from beach towels and clothes prior to putting them in the dryer, do not overload the dryers as this will stop it working.

Guests are required to always keep noise to an acceptable level, most especially between 10pm and 7am when people are trying to sleep. These are residential properties, and we need to be respectful to the surrounding residents.

Accidental, negligent, or wilful property damage will be repaired at the cost of the guest.

Any missing items other than consumables, will be replaced at the cost of the guest.

Accidental setting off the smoke alarms may result in the fire brigade attending, and a fine from the fire department. These fines are expensive and are passed onto the guest.
