Guest Access:
Guest access is via the parking or main entrance.
A fob is used to access the lifts and facilities. Please note : lost keys/ remotes will result in a $350 replacement cost.

Please note we hold a $200 security bond. A hold will be placed on your card the day before check in. It is not a payment. The hold will be released once the cleaners have been through the apartment. The minimum age to book this apartment is age 21

This includes government-issued photo ID matching the booking name and a matching selfie. Airbnb guests may provide their ID securely via their booking messages. Your booking is only fully confirmed once verification is complete.
