Renovated classic beach house with wonderful sunny outdoor areas and unrestricted ocean views right on the beachfront esplanade at Miami on the Gold Coast.

Very comfortable & perfect for families or other groups looking for a relaxed space with room to spread out.

Great location close to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Mermaid Beach, Nobby Beach and Broadbeach.

About half an hour's drive from Coolangatta Airport, Seaworld, Dreamworld, Movieworld, Wet & Wild about 60 mins from Byron Bay.

The House

The house has three good-sized bedrooms all with large built-in wardrobes. The main has a king-sized double bed, the second room has a queen bed, the third room has two singles, one of which has a trundle under it. So the house comfortably sleeps 7.

There are two modern, recently renovated bathrooms.

The kitchen looks out to the ocean and has been recently upgraded. It has stone bench tops and is modern, white, functional and perfect for family holidays. All the basics are there including a dishwasher and microwave.

The main living & dining area also looks out to the ocean. If you get bored with the sea, there's a TV with DVD player. There is a large dining table which comfortably seats six.

Outside the main living area is a deck area with comfortable chairs and a BBQ (and full bottle of gas).

Down a few steps from the deck is a large paved courtyard facing the ocean that is perfect for sitting and watching the world roll, skate, surf or scooter by – you might even spot a whale or two.

The main living/dining area and the main bedroom are both air-conditioned. There are ceiling fans throughout.

There's a full laundry with washer, dryer and separate tub – all in a large separate tiled room which can also double as a kids' play room or a space for wet swimmers, surfboards, ripsticks, bikes etc.

There is room for several cars (at least four) in the backyard (rear entry off Nagel Ave). The whole house has secure child-safe fences and gates. There is also a large SpringFree trampoline in the backyard.

The house has free, fast WiFi.

Your immediate surroundings:

Across the road from the house, next to the beach, there is a walkway and bike path as well as BBQ areas and children's play areas. There are several patrolled swimming and surfing areas nearby. This area is also very good for surf fishing. We regularly catch dart, whiting, bream, flathead and tailor right in front of the house.

The Gold Coast's best coffee is a short walk south to Piccolo Espresso which is at the Miami Surf Lifesaving Club - on the walking path. A walk down to Piccolo is a great way to start the day. In the opposite direction is the Nobby's Surf Club which has panoramic ocean views and good food and entertainment. All of the Nobby's shops – including a newsagent, bakery, second-hand bookshop, convenience store, good butcher, post office, medical centre, pharmacy and several good restaurants, bars and cafes – are about 800m walk.

If you're feeling energetic, one of the best walks in Australia is on your doorstep. You can walk south, past Piccolo, over the hill at Miami and continue on the beach walkway to the Burleigh Heads National Park - that's about an 8 km return trip (further if you continue through the National Park to Tallebudgera) – and all either on the beach (if you prefer that) or on a walking path next to the beach.

The road between the house and the beach is speed-limited to 40 kph and is not noisy.


NB MALOLO has a strict NO PARTIES and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy.

As it is situated in a quiet residential area, we require all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' from 10pm to 8 am.
