The second bedroom has 2 King single beds (joinable to king), Sep A/C, carpet, wardrobe, and wall-mount Smart TV with Netflix/Prime/YouTube, (no free to air) and a study/relax nook.

The well appointed kitchen provides for cooking those homecooked meals, or you can wander down the road to the exciting bars and classy restaurants in Kirra or even more variety a short drive or walk to Coolangatta (its ony 1.5km), to big clubs, more entertainment, music festivals, weekend (2nd Sunday of month) and (summer) night markets, restaurants and shopping centres. There is a seperate laundry with large machining machine and dryer, and basin.

The shoreline walking path is an attraction in itself. You can walk to the Tweed river past Cooly, Greenmount, Rainbow Bay, D'bar to the south and north to Bilinga, Tugun, and Currumbin Alley. Photo opportunities everywhere. Say hello the the local Water dragon lizards, bush turkeys, and sea eagles, dolphins, and in winter the migrating whales.
Across the road is the Kirra parkrun start/end. 7am Saturdays 5k, Dead flat, perfect for that PB. Add K to your 5k

Please note this is booked privately and not a hotel booking.. but owner close by and can and will assist as necessary. It's also a residential complex so quiet time 10pm to 7pm please.
