BOND PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL:

$1,000 Credit Card bond payment required on arrival, returned within 7 business days from departure subject to satisfactory Villa inspection.

Gold Coast Private Homes (GCPH) do not offer luggage storage, however we may offer a complimentary early check-in or complimentary late check-out subject to availability.

GCPH do not provide any housekeeping services however should you require housekeeping services during your stay, please contact GCPH to arrange a quotation as additional charges apply.

Guests agree:

1. That there is no noise to be made outside the property after 10PM and before 8AM.
2. If there is noise during 10PM-8AM a security company will be called out and the guests will be liable for all the costs involved in the call out.
3. If the security company is called out a second time, to the property, the guest will be evicted without refund and will be liable for the costs of security company
4. If the guests refuse to leave, both the security company and local authorities will be called to forcibly remove the guests.


Within 24 hours of booking your apartment guest will receive a subsequent email with detailed instructions about our check-in procedure.

GOLD COAST CITY COUNCIL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All guests agree to the terms and conditions set out by City of Gold Coast Council, during their stay at 50 Paradise Island, Surfers Paradise. A copy of the GCCC decision notice will be emailed within 24 hours of booking.
