There is a king bedroom on the ground floor as well as a media room, formal lounge room with a gas fireplace, kitchen, butlers pantry, dining room and multipurpose room/office area and laundry. The upper level features 4 bedrooms. One with a king bed and ensuite, one with 2 stackable single beds that can be made into a King bed or 2 single beds and ensuite, and two with king single beds with a shared bathroom in between. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The entire house has ducted air conditioning/central heating. This beautifully renovated modern, coastal retreat is a perfect setting for photoshoots and poolside outdoor entertaining.

The property features 2 undercover car spaces. On street parking is also available. A ten minute walk will take you to local restaurants, trendy cafes, farmers markets (Saturday) and the iconic Burleigh Headland beach.
