This Sun City, N/E facing apartment on the 37th Floor is the place to be. You will love the 270 degree views of the ocean, hinterlandand & river. Soak in the warmth of the sun and relax with the gentle ocean breezes. This apartment is suitable for families with children and has a large master bedroom with King bed, and a 2nd large bedroom with 2 King singles which can also be set up as a King bed. Each has their own balcony and ensuite. There is a third ensuited bedroom which contains 2 King single beds. All bedrooms have large flatscreen televisions. The whole apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard. In the lounge room if the view is not enough you can enjoy the large tv and surround sound system. There is ducted airconditioning/heating throughout. This is a non-smoking unit.
